Terms of Sale
Any use of the services provided by Narynda including use of any webpage, website and web service provided by Narynda, shall be subject to the following Terms of Service. From time to time, at Narynda's sole discretion and without prior notice, Terms of Sale may be revised, amended, or updated. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Sale at any time at: http://www.narynda.co.uk. By placing an order with Narynda, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
As used herein, "Narynda" refers to narynda.com, Narynda Skincare, Narynda, and any of its affiliates. "Narynda Service" refers to any service provided by Narynda, including but not limited to any website, webpage and web services provided or established by Narynda. "Our", "We" or "Us" refer to Narynda, and any individual or entity affiliated with Narynda. "Users" or "User" or "You" refers to you either as an individual or as an entity using any service provided by Narynda. "Content" refers to any content posted or uploaded or otherwise available to the User on the Website. "Data" refers to any content on that is available to the User. "Third Party Website" refers to any website not operated by Narynda. "Website" refers to one or more webpage or website provided or established by Narynda.
3. Order process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below:
a) You must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout;
b) If you are a new customer, you can either continue as a guest or create an account, if you are an existing customer, you can either continue as a guest or login;
c) You will then enter your delivery details or choose a saved address;
d) A summary will be shown where you will be able to review your order and choose your delivery methods;
e) You will be asked to enter your payment details and Shopify will handle your payment;
f) We will send you an initial acknowledgement if the order is successful;
g) Once we have checked whether we can fulfill your order, we will send you an order confirmation and your order will become a binding contract.
h) We will confirm by email if we are unable to fulfill it.

Narynda supplies cosmetic creams and lotions.
5. Product prices & payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website inclusive of the current VAT rate. It is possible that some of the prices may be incorrect, we verify prices as part of our ordering procedure to ensure that the correct price will be stated when you pay. You will also have to pay delivery charges where applicable and this will be included in the order. The order amount will be set aside on the card which you used for the order when you place an order. The amount will be paid to Us when we are ready to dispatch your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract if full payment is not received. We only accept payment for products by credit card or debit card. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes in prices will not affect contracts which have come into force.
6. Your warranties
You warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able of entering into binding contracts and have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Terms of Service. You also warrant to us that you will be able to accept delivery of the products and the information provided in your order is accurate and complete.
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address indicated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order on or before the date for delivery in your order confirmation. Delivery times given during the ordering process and in the order management area are indications only and are not guarantees of delivery by that date, however, all products will be dispatched within 30 days of the receipt of payment and the date give in the order management area for that order. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given but we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. We cannot process orders to P.O Box addresses.
8. Risk & Ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the delivery of the products and receipt by us of full payment.
9. "Cooling Off" period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 30 days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below). In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give us written notice of cancellation. If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you, provided the entire order is being refunded and not a single item within that order). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us. If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
10. Refunds & Exchanges
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund or exchange, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation. Alternatively, we will send you an exchange within 30 days of the day we received your defective products. If the goods arrive damaged or defective in any way, you may claim a refund on these items within 14 days of receiving these goods. Exchanges will only be made with items of equal value.
11. Limitations and exclusions of liability
Nothing in the terms of sale will:(a) limit or exclude the liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude the liability of a party for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by that party; (c) limit or exclude any liability of a party under Section 12, 13, 14 or 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; (d) limit any liability of a party in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (e) exclude any liability of a party that may not be excluded under applicable law. Any statutory rights which you have as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by the terms of sale. The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in the terms of sale: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms of sale or in relation to the subject matter of the terms of sale, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty. We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control.
