Product and Order Information

If you have any enquiries about any of our products or need help deciding which products are best for you, please contact us using the link here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will try to include a free sample with all orders but in the event that we are out of stock of samples, we will send your order without any samples.

Occasionally orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our systems. Usually a reason will be included in the cancellation email, such as the item went out of stock before your order could be processed by ourselves or we cannot send the order to the address provided. You will not be charged if we cancel your order.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express and PayPal.

Delivery Options

United Kingdom

Delivery within the UK is currently FREE (Royal Mail 2nd Class), with an option for 1st Class Royal Mail at £3.90 and Tracked options. 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm between Monday-Friday, and by midday on Saturday. Your order will be delivered to your chosen address within 3-5 working days (please allow for occasional short delays given the pandemic).


Delivery is £7.00 for International Standard (may take up to 6 weeks) and £10.00 for International Tracked. 

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail. The parcel will be dispatched the next working day with delivery to your chosen address within 7 days.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given but we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

We cannot process orders to P.O Box addresses.

We hope to dispatch all orders before or on the date given during the order process provided the item is in stock. However, in rare cases this may not be possible and in such cases we will notify you by email and try to get your order to you within 30 days. If you still have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us. Deliveries to rural areas may take 2-3 days more.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of us at Narynda take great care and pride at creating the best possible products for all our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Narynda product, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of its delivery.

Details of the returns process can be found within the order packaging where a return note is included with the original invoice. Please ensure the original invoice is included in the return. Refunds will be paid to the original debit and credit card used. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. You will need to pay for the postage of items to us.

If the items on the invoice included in your delivery do not match the items contained in your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact form on the website.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when your return goods to us in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that the returned parcel is not received by us.

If you require a refund, we will return the price paid by you for the goods within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. If you cancel your order and do not return any goods to us, provided we have dispatched them, we are entitled to collect such goods from you and charge you the direct costs associated with this collection. Until goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the goods safely in the appropriate conditions.

If the Narynda products arrive damaged in anyway please contact us via our email link as soon as possible after receiving your order and we will either send a replacement product or offer a full refund.

If you would like an exchange, please indicate on the invoice whether you would like to exchange for the same product or a different product of equal value. Unfortunately we cannot make exchanges for products of different value. In this case you may request a refund and create a new order on our website.

We will email you when we send an exchange or process a refund.


At Narynda, the security of your data is our highest priority. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider and you should ensure that you see https in the address bar and/or a padlock when you're paying for your order. We do not collect your credit card details and this is handled by our e-commerce provider, Shopify. We do not store any credit card details. We do store your address for the purposes of processing your order. If you have any concerns about our security, please don't hesitate to contact us.
